Quality Assurance: While we ensure the best quality of products at the time of dispatch, any issues arising after delivery are not covered by us.
3. Order Placement and Payment
Upfront Payment: A non-refundable payment of 200 Taka is required when you place an order. This advance ensures that your order is confirmed and processed. The remaining amount is to be paid upon delivery.
Order Confirmation: Orders will only be processed after the upfront payment has been successfully received.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via the methods displayed on our website, including mobile payments, bank transfers, and cash on delivery.
4. Delivery Policy
Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is 3-7 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the delivery location.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated during the order process. Shipping costs will be communicated clearly before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Responsibility: Astron Mart will not be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.
5. Return and Refund Policy
No Returns for Customer Damage: Astron Mart operates a strict no return, no refund policy in cases where products are damaged, destroyed, or mishandled by the customer. Customers are advised to handle the products carefully.
Damaged on Arrival: If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, customers must notify Astron Mart immediately upon receiving the product, preferably with photographic evidence. We will review the claim and decide on an appropriate course of action.
Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition (if eligible for return) with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact. Any tampered or broken products will not be accepted.
6. Product Availability and Pricing
Availability: Product availability is subject to stock levels. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will have the option to choose a different product or receive a full refund of any payments made.
Pricing: Astron Mart reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Prices listed on our website are final and may differ from the prices found elsewhere.
